Nothing much to say about now, because I’m a bit lazy finding new places.

  • Friday - Riverhouse Lounge – I just noticed that there’s a screen on the dancefloor. I hate it! because they’re showing channel V. lol
  • Saturday – there’s a real lady who performed at Blue Chilli. “yeah…so…so”
  • Saturday – I hate Heart of Darkness, but I still went there. Nothing much to do.
  • Sunday – at Metro after dinner. quite impressing for a sunday drinking.
  • Sunday – Green Flame is close. Hmmm…
  • Sunday – Heart of Darkness is not that full, so I didn’t stayed that long.

Anyway, Anyhow…
Weekend Parties…is still a party.

10 Queer Tips and Facts of Queer Cambodia

|
I'm been bugged about this, I really want to give tips for the One-Night stands and Gay places here Phnom Penh.
But I'm telling you queer folks, I'm not a SEXpert but I'm just doing this for fun. lol

10. Do you prefer kissing while doing it? Ugh! Don't get a Cambodian guys, they're lousy kissers. lol

9. Massage + Sex? It costs 15 USD for the massage and 5 USD for the sex. But you can not get only sex without the massage. They come in bundle. lol

(You can avail sex without the massage as long as you'll pay the same amount with the massage.)

8. Speaking of massages, you're into it but you don't want to go to the spa? Just go to Blue Chilli or in Classic Bar, because after their shift that's the place they hang out and you can avail your massage + sex in cheaper price. *wink*

7. Just want to hook up? Heart of Darkness on St.51 is the place. But don't kiss there – they don't allow gays kissing in their bar.

6. If you're the kind of queer who's too discreet to hook up. Salt Lounge is the best place. But worst comes to worst. You're the only guy who's there. lol

5. Book yourself in Manor House and enjoy yourself with the pool, bbq + relax = heaven.

4. Come to Raw Male and they'll treat you as a queen. You can also hook up with their staff. *wink*

3. Go to Blue Chilli on Friday and Saturday. They have a show there and make yourself in the crowd and find your hook up while there's a performance going on.

2. Want multiple orgasm? Go to Amam Spa. They Gay-est sauna here in Phnom Penh. It will cost you (if westerner) $6 and if asian - $3.

1. No need to bring condom, every gay place here has it. It also comes with a lube. lol

So there you have it. I tried my best there. lol
So if you want to add something on my list, just give me a buzz at queercambodia@gmail.com

Cheers to the Queer life!

Queer Alliance?

|
Hey Queer Folks? Ready for the party tonight, tomorrow and on Sunday?

Well as for me. Yeah! so...so...
There's nothing so much to do this weekend and I wonder WHY???!!!!

Anyway, I just want to share something, because recently I've been receiving emails to be part of their upcoming group which is totally cool.

But I can help but wonder.

Can we really unite? I mean the queer guys...
Maybe yes, but to be honest. Me myself has a motive if i'm going to be part of the "Queer Alliance".
Of course! free party! and cruising with the other queers. lol
Kidding!!!

But i'm not against having a queer group, i'm full support whatever the ways it could be, as long as there's a cute queer folks too. lol
But here in Cambodia? I don't think they're ready yet.

Maybe if there will be - if ever. For sure mostly expats will be part of it and not really the Khmer queer folks...

Anyway, its just a thought.

How about your queer folks? how do you feel having a queer alliance?
send me your thoughts at queercambodia@gmail.com

See you tonight!!! I'll be in Blue Chili for sure.
I wanna watch the show.

Find me!.....if you can.

A Boring Friday Night???

|

Last week, there a “sea” (flood) that flushed all the party queers (including me).
That’s why the party started the next day.

And I wonder, its Thursday today and I haven’t received any party event.
Nor big celebration or band that will play in a certain bar.

Hmmm…even Alley Cat Café didn’t promote anything this week.

Is this mean that tomorrow will be a boring Friday???

Hmm…I wanna hear your thoughts party queer folks.
Or invite me to your party…lol

send it at queercambodia@gmail.com

Did I say I love weekends? lol

Prohibited: Gay Kiss at Heart of the Darkness

|

"A gay-friendly bar"

That's the promotion of the so-called gay-straight bar – Heart of Darkness.

But last Saturday, a good friend told me that he himself is asked by one of staff of Heart of Darkness not to kiss with his guy there and then.

The Story.
My friend told me, that he just got a hook-up at Heart of Darkness. They're just talking in the SIDE and NOT in the dance floor. And suddenly the heat came up, they try to kiss there, not in the dance floor (basically in front of the girl's wash room, near the billiard table) if you notice – there's a post there.

And then after a few minutes – a staff came to them and tries to talk to my friend in Khmer (Cambodian Language) but he's not a Cambodian so he wouldn't understand. But he's not stupid at all because the staff tries to pull his guy away from him – so he knows that it's about the kiss. My friend was telling to this staff that he's not Cambodian but this staff wouldn't mind listening.

So no choice for my friends but to go home.

So where's the gay-friendly bar?
(my eyebrows are raising)

***I used the term "staff" because I want to clear that it's not the security nor the bouncers that asked them to stop. A guy who wears Heart of Darkness shirt and an I.D.

How about you? or someone that you know who had bad experience at Heart of Darkness or in other places here in Phnom Penh? shout it out at queercambodia@gmail.com And let's show them what we've got.

Raw Male on Review

|

Yet another gay-friendly sauna alternative is in town, the newly opened Raw Male Cafe brings in and OUT little notable things. Let's see what we can look forward to from the less spacious bar area on the ground floor up to the barracks and gym site on the top floor.

Let me start with parking then. If you get yourself in a moto, park it in front of Rawmale but be careful crossing by and look to your left or to your right other motos might be on their way. Or worst yet if you are discreet go run fast inside as gossip friendly neighbors might spot you!

Hosts are friendly they may even bring you up to your locker space. You'll be greeted by a teeny-weeny birdie just like when a friend missed a step and shouted AAh!!! The birdie was on a tweet tweet...Attendant Sareth will open up your locker and will greet you with a wide smile. A friendly tip if you smile back coz if you are having a false teeth or on foundation make up you might scare Sareth! They installed this ultra-violet lights that gives you radiant flashes like a ghost or vampire in the westwick!!

The steam room is in "U" shape so either entrance lets you go back to the locker area. Dry sauna is really dry; I can't get the right temperature. For now boring if you are alone but too boring if packed as I guess can only accommodate less than 10 people. It is tightly built and less space definitely not my thing as I am claustrophobic!

Walk up to the handrails and hold tight all the way to the jacuzzi which surprisingly my favorite place! I love the warm water temp but please next time lesser chemicals please. The barracks were empty but if we are all there we might find the area a bit interesting and I'm sure everyone makes it their own private places. Don't mention the gym area as they can do it better next time! Unless you hire their instructor it's all that makes it worth!

Finally, take your self back to shower area which is openly open! No hot shower yet but a good sight if the guy you're eyeing is on shower too! All I need next time is a pair of slippers. Even if I go to sauna I still think I need to take care of my feet, huh! I can't keep walking bare foot as I am almost bare-naked already....

That's it... Go find yourself a treat!

been to Raw male? send me your thoughts:

Amam (Gay Sauna)

|

Amam, is one of the pioneer gay sauna here in Phnom Penh, every gay knows Amam - even though you’re flambouyant, expat gay, a show off, discreet or even closet, that’s how Amam’s popularity among gay men.

I’ve been to Amam a lot of times, and I can say it’s a place where you can just relax, unwind or just want to release your tensions. lol

Amam is a 5-star rating for the Queer Fab Cambodia. *clap clap*
Spacious and clean…that’s the core competence.

Improving. Recently I just saw Amam has gym on their 1st floor. Nice!
But I think they were threatened because Raw Male has gym also. Hmmm…
I can smell competition here….lol

Well, to be honest I can’t decide yet whose better – Amam or Raw Male, because there’s nothing to compare.
I love Amam as of now.

Because: Amam has a discreet style of business – the parking lot is inside the parking lot so if you’re a closet one you can hide your motor bike inside.

Plus! the owner of Amam is friendly. And cute! *wink*

The fee is about 3 USD for Asians and around 6 USD for Westerners.

Amam is located at 20A St 390.

Do you love Amam? or have you tried Raw Male? which the better? Hmm… I wanna know…

Friday Launch, Saturday Party & Sunday Olympic Steam

|

Hi Queer Folks!
How’s your weekend parties?

Ok, let’s give the round down that happened this previous weekend.

Friday Night: The Opening of Raw Male Café and Spa.
Queer Rate: OMG! A lot of people went to the opening…*clap clap* Great Publicity!

And for the Show: OMG Again!!! I love the Dream Gays…especially when they sang the “Dream Girls” of course Oak is stunning, but Didi’s first appearance quite a joke to everyone. They said that it’s because of the sound system. *tsk tsk* Is this the indication that Raw Male is not a party/ dance place? Hmmm….let’s wait and see.

I didn’t have the chance to see the facilities of Raw Male, but maybe one of these days. So just stay tune for my review on that place.

After Raw Male’s Opening everyone went to Blue Chili Bar because the performers on the opening will do a show in Blue again. Same group routine but different solo performances – I love the guy who sang “run to you”, the gay guy who sang “I am changing” is superb in lip synch and the guy who sang “umbrella” gives a new twist.

After Blue Chili, everyone went to Heart of Darkness to end up the night dancing. OMG! Heart of Darkness was Jammed Pack. *clap clap*

Saturday Party: Metro Bar…I love it! You should go there queer guys! Especially on Happy Hour! Very Relaxing Place. Further more, there’s a birthday celebration in Blue Chili, and it’s so crowded! I love crowded places..lol And there’s a new addition to the Blue Chili performers..a cute little boy who teamed up as a love team in one of the regular performers…so fun!!!!

Sunday: after watching Olympics. There’s an Olympics happening in Amam (Gay Sauna) OMG again! A lot of gay guys, I saw a group of Vietnamese guys who arrived in Amam like a chunk. Afterwards everyone headed to Blue Chili Bar, lol

Well, all is well that ends well. I love weekend nights!
Oppss I’ve heard there’s a show that happened in Green Flame Bar, and gay boys from Classic Bar who stripped their clothes off. Is it true? tell me about that, send me email at queercambodia@gmail.com

(if you’re in Sihanouk Blvd. the corner with U-Care drugstore, just straight ahead)

You guys? Where are you going tonight? send me your agenda’s to queercambodia@gmail.com

Everyone is talking and I love it!

|

I’m so amazed how many hits I’m having each day. So thank you guys…

Stay tuned for more stories, tips and gossips here in queercambodia..

So last week, I blogged about the war between Phil’s and Vietnamese folks. And I received comments and emails regarding the issue.

And here are some of the comments:

There was no war between Phil'sgay and Viet'sgay groups but one Cambodian freshy boy who's talkative was punished by the owner of Green Flame bar ( Gay bar also ), the freshy boy have a full glass of cold water on his face right at Coffee Maker ( Cafe shop ).That is the price for a Peace Destroyer.

So it reached to this level? what a hype...
I hope all is over and done! I had enough trauma & stress with all these things.
just like my friend may quote it "more words more mistakes, less words less mistakes".
enough said....

everyone get involved now? I think it was the "film star actor's fault", he spread out some stories that are not right, in short he's making some stories about someone, because he is one of an ATTENTION STEALER here in Phnom Penh, so be careful with this guy, and with those liars!!!! hahahha!!!

So, I think I have idea what’s the real story.
But I don’t want to be in just one side.

Let me say: everyone is innocent, but everyone has their own fault why that issue had happened. Whether you’re from Philippines, Vietnamese or a Freshy boy who’s involved in the story – Just try to forgive and forget!

Let’s all be merry and be peaceful!
Somehow we’re all queers and we’re the ones who need to unite, right?

Hope this issue will end the soonest as possible!

PS: I know I said it’s cool to be a bitch but now, let me say: have a heart to forgive and that is so much better. *wink*

Be Queer! And Move On!
And besides there’s a lot waiting for us – for example, the three letter word: S-E-X!
And party of course!!!!

LOL!

Hey! party queer guys! we need to go to the Raw Male Café and Spa opening on Friday (August 8) at exactly 8:08PM (I doubt they’re going to start that early, hahaha) I’ve heard lots of muscled guys will be there and of course – Oak’s performance and the so-called “DreamGays” and Didi will perform too, they say it’s Chinese that he’s going to sing. It’s on 35-D Street 55 Chaktomuk, Phnom Penh

Well, see you there Queer Guys!!!

Everybody loves “Didi”

|
If you’re fag and had been to Blue Chili Bar, for sure you will notice one of the waiter/ performers who always greet you with a smile and say “Suksobai Bong”.

And if you’re lucky enough that he will be your waiter…you will hear often “Chaa

That’s the bubbly Didi. One of the best waiters of the Blue Chili Bar.
And every Friday and Saturday Night.. He’s the 2nd star of the show (Of course. Oak the owner is the 1st)

I, We always laugh for every Didi’s motion/ movement. The way he serve, the way he walk, the way he dance when there’s a danceable music, and most especially…the way he laugh! It’s like a witch or something…very weird…but funny!!! (in a good way) And he always give a stolen kiss and big bear hugs to some westerners that he like. I applaud him for doing that. LOL

And every show performances – she’s the outrageous one. And if it’s a group dance – he always stand out amongst them. Love it! – A must see!

The Oak and Didi is the best tandem as of now.
That’s why every Friday and Saturday nights in Blue Chili is full house – jammed pack.

Do you love Didi too? tell me your thoughts:
queercambodia@gmail.com

Saturday / Sunday : Solared, Sober, Skeptical, Sucks, Super! and Sunken.

|

After the solar eclipse last Friday, queer guys here in PP lost their energies to party the same evening.

Elsewhere’s First Friday – C-R-A-Z-Y!! the grass is so so wet, due to the rain shower earlier…and the party goers is damn crazy hell. From some reviews…the DJ’s sucks!!! (the Dj around 10pm) well…at least he’s not the resident DJ of Elsewhere.

Blue Chili’s show is totally fun! fun! FUN!!! I really love “Didi”, who loves Didi too??.. Raise your hands!!!

Classic’s Show is a alright!!! because Cindy (owner of Cindy Salon) did a “so so” performance.

Metro – Chill out and hang-out place…love it! I’m so drunk after…new found love: Ginger Metropolitan! – A MUST TRY!!!

Riverhouse – Is jammed pack by the High-Class Cambodian peeps.

…and of course Pontoon is still drowned up to now. LOL

Hey! Look everyone! I just searched a picture of the sunken Pontoon Lounge.

I also had a chance to talked to the new manager (Simon, if I’m not mistaken) and he said that maybe after 2 months Pontoon will pump the music on once again.

Well for me, I still want to go to the new Pontoon if ever…but I know some peeps who doesn’t..
tsk..tsk..tsk…

Hey! Just want to share a thought…
Before I thought maybe the so-called “accident” is just a tactic for the new management and re-construction of Pontoon? Hmm….maybe not! Hahahahah! Kiddin!!!

Well, I really don’t have any idea why Mark left Pontoon…

Some says there’s a announcement in Facebook…I didn’t have a chance to read that.
You know?? tell me… email me, forward me at queercambodia@gmail.com

Where are you going tonight queer guys?? I need some lovin’!!!!
LOL

Yes queer folks : I blog only every weekdays, because I’m so drunk Friday, Saturday & Sunday evenings. Well maybe if I have a chance. Just stay tune.

First Friday of the Month in Phnom Penh

|

Every expats here in Phnom Penh knows the drill. Every first Friday of the month is “Elsewhere Day”

Elsewhere Bar. Well it’s not actually a bar – it’s a house garden!
Where in everyone can rove around the garden, it’s like a house party! Yeah! a House Party!

You can do whatever you want – there’s a mini pool where you can swim, or just dive with your clothes on. You can also lay down on the wooden rugs on the gardens with the mini table with candles.

It’s fun! you can meet a lot of people especially expats who’s working in Phnom Penh too.
One of the thumbs up factor in this bar is there’s no money girls and boys waiting and looking around.

And also, I like their Mojito drink! *two thumbs up*

But you can really feel the “house party” vibe because of the plastic cups when you order drinks: like gin tonic, vodka sprite or whatsoever…

Well, that’s the proof how popular Elsewhere Bar, because they’re running out of glasses. LOL

As for the price, well they say that it’s more pricey than other bars….
My comment??? hahahaha!!! Can I say Yes?? LOL

But the intimate atmosphere is priceless…

And if you ask me if it’s a queer place? Hmmm.. I can say there are some queer groups partying around but not that much; they’re the same gay group who’s partying in Metro, Pontoon and Riverhouse.

Elsewhere is definitely a must-see place - that’s for sure!!

Visit Elsewhere…and make yourself “in” to the crowd.

Elsewhere Bar is located at #175, Street 51(corner of Street 254)
See yah! Cheers!!!!
