Pontoon is closing. Again.

News now that the home of the Glory Hole Thursday - Pontoon is changing its management and they've decided that to close it down.

Sources were not sure if the new management will open the same Pontoon with its name and its idea of being the first floating bar in town.

The closing idea may not be for awhile and maybe it will be forever.
They had their closing party yesterday - March 25th.

Hopefully our mother love boat will rise again soon.

Pontoon iss back!

Yes, you read it right. The most-loved river disco lounge is back, now on its new location. Behind Naga world over the bridge of Diamond Island Plaza.

Official opening on the 27th but let's the queer to celebrate first on the 25th with wild crowd and drag shows.

Aren't you excited? is this means that Glory Hole Thursday is back??

I remember, I was so shock knowing Pontoon isn't there last Wednesday.

Stupid me. It's because it's Water Festival, and they took it for the boat race.

Anyway, i'm just paranoid that there'll be no Glory Hole Thursday...

Last night, we passed by to grabbed some drinks in Pontoon.

But the boat isn't there, nor the dance floor.

Well, I don't want to be paranoid, I haven't checked it this day, and one friend told me that someone asked it to shut down. is it true??

It's Thursday today...Glory Hole Day. Hello??

Water Festival Cambodia is coming..

Phnom Penh will be busy again.

But for now, tonight at 7pm at MetaHouse (#6 St.264) a history of terrorist movement flick. And at the same time at 7pm at Centre Culturel Francais (#218 St.184) - Stay Alive My Son, meeting with Pin Yathay.

And of course tomorrow is Thursday!!! So it's a fun! fun! fun! night at Pontoon's Glory Hole. I love Saysay...she's a beauty. :)

Ok, first to Peter who thinks i'm bitchy. Well, if you think I am - I don't care, it's your judgment and for what I observed, you read the blog very wrongly.

• I DIDN'T say I left early because the party sucks.

• I didn't say Pontoon party suck, nor the show suck, hell! one of my friend performed.
• I left early because I hooked up with somebody - now you're happy?? I explained myself.
• Yes, i'm biased. And it's because I want to blog things THAT I WANT and I ENJOY. If you think my blog is unfair - MAKE YOUR OWN. BTW, this is A BLOG not A FORUM. :)
  
• I didn't say I hate Pontoon Glory Hole. Period. (Read my old blogs)
  
• If you read my statement commenting on the Glory Hole's poster and Oak, hey! HUMOR PLEASE!...this blog is all about. I make fun also with "Deedee" and "Oak" before. And if your a new reader, back then, there was "Green Flame Bar" where I really make funny issue with the owners, but it's just a joke. (It's more funny because it's color Blue & Green)
  
• LAST, to you gay guys, I'm telling you, i'm the last person who'll turn down with my own sphere. I love the gay world, I know there's competition within the sphere - but i'm here for peace. Gay world is hated already - why would I?

Sauna for Gay Siem Reap – there’s no Sauna there! Just massage and Spa. Go to Linga Spa!

Naga World, Cambodia – are you looking for the casino? or do you know what’s happening outside Naga? like the money boys chilling outside in the parks? lol

Phnom Penh Callboys – there’s a lot here, especially at night at the park, but you can also find them at Blue Chilli Bar or Heart of Darkness.

Fly Lounge Cambodia – Yes! it’s their opening tomorrow (Feb.14). So there! I’ll be there for sure!

Glory Hole Cambodia – It’s a party at Pontoon Lounge every Thursday, for me nothing much to see. I hate the drag show there.

Pontoon’s Gay Thursday

I heard that there’s a party at Pontoon Lounge every thursday..called Gay Thursday Night.
This is part of their theme party everyday…what a strategy… lol

Anyway, What to expect?
Hmmm.. they say that just pure dancing.

Maybe they don’t know what gay to a gay party.
That includes drag show, etc…etc…

How’s your weekend queer folks?

Well me, it’s ok…

I didn’t go out the friday and saturday night, ’coz I don’t feel like going out nowadays.

But last night is so cool, I went out for dinner at La Volpaia (St.13 infront of Van’s Restaurant and Old Post Office) it’s a French restaurant here in Phnom Penh, Cambodia..I really love their pizza with arugula, the lasagna and the tiramisu. A must try for everyone!!!

About the price, a little pricey for Phnom Penh, but it’s worth it!!! believe me…

After La Volpaia, we went to Memphis Live (it’s a straight and day friendly bar) it’s kinda new. And yes! it’s owned by Memphis Pub. Actually I had a talked with the bar/ owner, she said that her husband owns Memphis Pub and she owns the Memphis Live. Let’s talk relationship competition. lol

Anyway, Memphis Live is located at the street near Memphis Pub at street 118, it also have live band. They also have happy hours, but I love them more, because their happy hours is 6pm to 9pm. Unlike Metro Bar that is until 7pm. Their cocktails are fixed 5 USD. I tried the Purple Haze, its good. A must-try also.

Well..queer folks! Please prepare your dancing shoes and mark-up your calendars as the gossips I have heard maybe true…

Pontoon Lounge will open this Friday!!!! October 17!!!

Yes, the sunken Pontoon Lounge will open their gate this coming Friday.
