News now that the home of the Glory Hole Thursday - Pontoon is changing its management and they've decided that to close it down.
Sources were not sure if the new management will open the same Pontoon with its name and its idea of being the first floating bar in town.
The closing idea may not be for awhile and maybe it will be forever.
They had their closing party yesterday - March 25th.
Hopefully our mother love boat will rise again soon.

Pontoon is the only decent club to have existed here, full stop. The reason they are (being forced to) close again - a well connected entrepreneur is about to open his own boat nightclub, and thinks that if he forces Pontoon to close, the patrons will be under duress to go to his new club. That is the way things work here, I am amazed there is any foreign investment at all.
Pontoon Opened and closed within 4 days.....There is no new management.....Where did you get that from?
The Glory Hole is BACK every Thursday Night.
Anonymous is right about the other boat nightclub though not about it 'forcing' Pontoon to close.
Riverhouse Lounge, Martini's, Manhatten and the Rock club were all closed by the 'police' for reasons that were not exactly honest practice.
